eloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and
be in health , just as your soul prospers. - 3 John 1:2
B

Never compare yourself with another person and/or their situation: We are individuals, and we all
have different journeys and destinations in life! Never envy anyone and/or what they have, you never
know what they went through to get it and you never know what they may have to go through
later... Be thankful for whatever state you are in. You may not have all that you want or, be exactly
where you want to be, but you do have much to be thankful for…
Practice Graciousness: Start appreciating all the wonderful things around you. You will be amazed at
how much happier you will be when you start taking notice of all you have to be grateful for.
Learn to LET GO: There are just some circumstances that are completely out of our control. Get the
gift of goodbye. If a relationship and and/or a person is toxic and bringing out the worst in you
instead of the best, say goodbye to that individual. You cannot change them, you can only change
YOU and how you respond. Never allow yourself to get too comfortable with pain, stress, or abusive
behavior. You were made to be loved and celebrated, not just tolerated!

Go ahead and cry, if you want to: Tears release toxins
that are harmful to our bodies. Tears also allow us to
expel emotions that are bottled up. Crying is therapeutic
and it will relieve your soul. There is nothing wrong with
crying. People will often tell you to stop crying and to be
strong, but that is only because most people feel helpless
and they hate to see you cry! But there are times when
they need to LET you cry so that you can be refreshed...
God gave us tear ducts for a reason!
Work toward your goals: So often we sit around and talk about what we are going to do, but we
don't put forth any real effort! Do at least one thing a day to move you closer to the dreams and goals
you have set for yourself. You know what your dreams are and you know the steps you need to take
to fulfill those dreams. If you don't have a plan, start one! Many times, the only thing standing in the
way of achieving your dream is YOU. Quit procrastinating and get to work! You will feel a sense of
accomplishment and you will be so proud of yourself!
Eat Right & Go to sleep at night: This sounds simple but it is so true. Eating right helps your mind
and heart function better and thus you will feel better. Don't completely eliminate your favorite
sugary or salty snacks, but don't overdo it. Make sure you eat plenty of fresh veggies and protein, and
get adequate rest, so that your body can function at its best daily!
Laugh and Enjoy Life: Life is a gift, a
present! That's why today is called the
present… Find the things you love to do
and do them. Spend time with the people
that bring you joy and stay close to them.
Open yourself up to new and wonderful
experiences that pique your interest! Take
time to laugh! Remember, a merry heart
does good like a medicine.
Finally and MOST importantly, Pray Daily: Prayer is simply talking AND listening to GOD. It is
not hard to pray, and it does not have to be long and drawn out! God knows your heart,
communicating with Him will take a load off your shoulders every time! Don't forget to thank Him
too! Truly, HE is really the only one that can FIX your problems…
